Maëlys Piccolo is a French model, photographer, and videographer who relocated to Berlin in 2018. With a passion for photography since 2016, she embarked on a journey of self-expression by capturing her own images after initially starting her career as a model in 2012.
Over the years, Maëlys honed her photography skills through a combination of hands-on experience, learning from accomplished photographers she encountered during her modeling endeavors, and extensive practice. As her artistic journey progressed, she also delved into the realms of videography and editing, cultivating a desire to explore and excel in this emerging field.
Equipped with her own professional gear, including Nikon and Sony cameras, lighting equipment, flashes, and software, Maëlys has amassed a substantial portfolio of captivating work. However, she remains committed to enhancing her abilities in studio photography, refining her time management and organisational skills, and forging collaborative partnerships with fellow artists.
Driven by a desire to create a dedicated creative space and develop innovative techniques, Maëlys aims to realise her goal of hosting her inaugural multimedia exhibition within the upcoming year. This exhibition would serve as a platform for showcasing her latest creations, seamlessly blending photography and technique to captivate and engage viewers.
